Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Performance Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain and improve tracking and reporting of performance metrics for all existing customers
  • Help to create, support and monitor all contractual performance metrics
  • Enhance our reporting capabilities to ensure they are scalable and continue to evolve with our business

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in excel, modeling, reporting and powerpoint are required
  • Ability to align and influence different teams and levels of leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Communication skills and confidence required to present solutions to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required
