Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Product Support Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a premium customer service experience
  • Responding to inbound phone contacts to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues

Qualifications for this position include:
