Job Summary

A health technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing guidance on possible solutions to the change requests from the CPM leads and managers
  • Acting as liaison between global key stakeholders and teams for all changes, updates, and releases
  • Collaborating with global DRG (Design Reference Group) on all changes presented from all user groups to ensure no conflicts to existing programming occur

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 years of experience working within operations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Project Management training - PMI methodology
  • 5+ years of experience in leading, organizing and motivating teams to meet and exceed demanding target
  • Strong customer focused orientation with a desire to exceed expectations
