Job Summary
A health technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing guidance on possible solutions to the change requests from the CPM leads and managers
- Acting as liaison between global key stakeholders and teams for all changes, updates, and releases
- Collaborating with global DRG (Design Reference Group) on all changes presented from all user groups to ensure no conflicts to existing programming occur
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of experience working within operations
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Project Management training - PMI methodology
- 5+ years of experience in leading, organizing and motivating teams to meet and exceed demanding target
- Strong customer focused orientation with a desire to exceed expectations
