A cloud communications solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Reference Manager in San Jose.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing sales reference request fulfillment
- Recruiting references and managing relationships
- Assisting with developing assets to showcase our customer’s success
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience working in a customer reference group or related discipline
- Understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing interrelations
- Strong project and time management skills and operational discipline
- Clear and direct communicator
