Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor, Customer Reimbursement and Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Customer Experience Resolution and Reimbursement Specialists
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and enhance service processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare contact center or member services within a managed care organization
- Familiarity with grievances, appeals, and CMS-regulated environments
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Medicare Managed Care and CMS compliance requirements
