Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor, Customer Reimbursement and Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Experience Resolution and Reimbursement Specialists
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and enhance service processes


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare contact center or member services within a managed care organization
  • Familiarity with grievances, appeals, and CMS-regulated environments
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Managed Care and CMS compliance requirements
