Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Customer Relations Agent Customer Service in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer questions in chat, email, and on social media
- Answering inbound calls resolving customer inquiring and processing orders
- Ensuring all of the customers' needs are met and maintain our current customers satisfaction with the products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Strong interpersonal/written communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels/background of people
- Ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
- Must have a strong drive for results and a commitment to meeting and exceeding the company expectations
