Job Summary
A mailing, shipping, and document management company is in need of a Remote Customer Relations Lead.
Must be able to:
- Motivate and monitor team members
- Identify future training needs and stay up-to-date on trends and issues
- Document customer and team interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel for management training sessions
- Minimum 2 years experience leading call center representatives
- Ability to complete 80 hours of in-house training
