Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Relations Representative.
Must be able to:
- Solve problems regarding registration, missing packages, courier assistance, general information and billing questions
- Escalate technical issues to the development team
- Address issues regarding clients moving registration to new residences
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to complete 80 hours of in-house training over 2 weeks
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
- Candidate must have high speed internet and a quiet place to work at home, free from distractions
- High School Diploma required
