Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Relations Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Solve problems regarding registration, missing packages, courier assistance, general information and billing questions
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team
  • Address issues regarding clients moving registration to new residences

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to complete 80 hours of in-house training over 2 weeks
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
  • Candidate must have high speed internet and a quiet place to work at home, free from distractions
  • High School Diploma required
