Job Summary

A global marketing agency is seeking a Remote Customer Relationship Management Account Director in Columbia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage integration of cross-capability teams including marketing strategy, technology, analytics and production
• Direct management of key account team personnel including overseeing daily activities, re-purposing roles as necessary
• Indirect management of service line work to ensure we have the right staffing and team match ups in place

Required Skills:

• Experience in client service executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience in planning and implementing digital strategies by working closely with marketing strategy team and media agencies
• Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• SFMC experience or knowledge
• 5+ years working in an agency or consulting firm
• Hands-on skills using data to drive decisions – proficiency in Excel
