Job Summary
A data and operations consultancy has a current position open for a Remote Customer Relationship Management and Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing marketing objectives and strategies
- Managing all aspects of consumer engagement campaigns for our rewards program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business or related field OR equivalent experience
- 7+ years of account management and client service experience
- 5+ years of Agency experience with coupons, offers, promotions
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing focused on multi-channel integration strategy development
