Job Summary

An information technology services provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Developer .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining, managing and designing MS Dynamics CRM software applications
  • Providing strong customer service skills
  • Providing an understanding of capabilities of workflows

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics CRM/365 and at least 1 year experience in working with Dynamics 365 in the online environment
  • At least 5 years’ experience in developing using C#.NET, ASP.NET, writing plugins in C# and using the CRM SDK
  • Good understanding of the architecture of Dynamics CRM/365
  • Good understanding of CRM customization best practices and programming best practices
  • Good handle on the software tools used with Dynamics 365/CRM such as XRMToolbox, Plugin registration tool, FetchXML, Fiddler, SOAP-UI, etc
  • At least 1 year experience developing Power BI reports
