Job Summary
An information technology services provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Developer .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining, managing and designing MS Dynamics CRM software applications
- Providing strong customer service skills
- Providing an understanding of capabilities of workflows
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics CRM/365 and at least 1 year experience in working with Dynamics 365 in the online environment
- At least 5 years’ experience in developing using C#.NET, ASP.NET, writing plugins in C# and using the CRM SDK
- Good understanding of the architecture of Dynamics CRM/365
- Good understanding of CRM customization best practices and programming best practices
- Good handle on the software tools used with Dynamics 365/CRM such as XRMToolbox, Plugin registration tool, FetchXML, Fiddler, SOAP-UI, etc
- At least 1 year experience developing Power BI reports
