Job Summary
A venture capital and private equity firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing overall email marketing calendar
- Developing and presenting insightful action-oriented reports
- Managing automation emails + SMS, promotional calendar, and the A/B testing calendar
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of experience with email marketing including lead nurturing
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Proficient using email technologies and automation tools
- Must understand email & privacy laws: GDPR, CASL, CCPA compliance
- ESP migration experience with a deep understanding of product and order data feeds
- SMS marketing experience
