A venture-backed e-commerce incubator and holding company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidating lifecycle marketing across our portfolio of brands
- Delivering on revenue and engagement targets
- Developing and optimizing trigger-based communications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing at a D2C growth brand or agency
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Hands on experience with Klaviyo (or similar), Shopify and Google Analytics
- Experience with BI Tools (Tableau etc)
