Job Summary

A wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Operations Senior Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Supporting data functionality in Braze/Amplitude: working closely with other teams to request attributes and events
Responsible for monitoring the creation and deployment of Braze segments and campaigns
Monitoring the performance of Braze campaign, including tracking and reporting key metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

3+ years experience in CRM operations, ideally focusing on execution of marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app modal
Understanding of multi-channel best practices, deliverability and data protection laws
Highly motivated and considered a self-starter, running projects from start to finish
Strong and confident collaborator, able to interpret feedback into actionable next steps
Data-driven and able to report cleanly and accurately on Lifecycle campaigns
