Job Summary
A start-up in the Direct-to-Consumer mattresses and other home furnishings space needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Senior Marketing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels
- Owning the brand content calendar and creative production process
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 4 years of CRM and email marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC goods
- Data-driven individual with the ability to dig into large sets of data to interpret findings
- Have the ability to develop a strong working knowledge of analytic tools
- A keen creative sensibility with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience with digital campaign creation and have some understanding of HTML code
- Must understand CAN-Spam laws and have knowledge of email industry best practices
