Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Customer Relationship Management Systems Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing / directly managing existing Salesforce team
  • Establishing and implementing metrics to monitor effectiveness
  • Serving as lead system administrator

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in IT or Business Management Information Systems preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a manager
  • Extensive experience with CRM Systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
  • Salesforce Certification
  • Highly developed negotiation, consensus building, management and influencing skills
