Job Summary
A professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Relationship Manager in Warwick.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions to existing clients
- Generate, complete and track project and change request forms
- Coordinate and assist in the creation and distribution of client communications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend trade shows, conference and other events
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of sales and Account Management experience
- Experience with billing, payment processing and ecommerce services
- Experience with commonly utilized ERP systems within Higher Education
- Excellent communication skills
