Job Summary

A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Relationship Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, write, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns, landing pages and form
  • Build workflows, templates and processes to run email & SMS campaigns efficiently
  • Function as the institutional expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience with marketing automation and marketing software tools
  • Experience coding and editing utilizing HTML/CSS and working knowledge and use of SQL
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Experience handling relationships with external partners, including budgets, and overall account management
  • Experience working collaboratively and being an outstanding partner with cross-functional teams
