Job Summary

A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Customer Relationship Retention Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Deploy full funnel customer journey analytics and execution
  • Develop a deep understanding of the user mindset, behavior, and how best to use it to deliver results
  • Establish rigorous A/B and multivariate testing agendas to test subject lines, cadence, and segmentation

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – ideally in Business, Marketing, quantitative or technical field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience developing lifecycle programs
  • Can apply segmentation, automation strategy, marketing using digital channels
  • Proficient with Excel, and be familiar with analytics dashboards
  • Have deep understanding of CRM, data structures, and how to integrate the two
