The Location: 100% Work from Home (Virtual Online). Position is open to US applicants.

The Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability during our Business Hours (Mon-Sun 8 am - 9 pm ET). Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time available.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Achieve is seeking to hire several full time or part time Customer Relationship Specialists.

Must be an expert with a track record of success building long lasting relationships with important long term customers. Must have proven skills de-escalating customer situations, and negotiating successful resolutions to complex customer problems. Must have a strong aptitude for composing succinct, persuasive and positive written messages.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Handle complaints and escalations directly with customers on the phone.

-Respond in writing to both positive and negative comments and reviews that appear online.

-Cultivate relationships with important customers over a long period of time.

-Contribute to improving overall customer service & retention and student success.

-Contribute to improving processes and procedures that impact performance.

-Deliver concierge level service to all customers.

-Become an expert on Achieve's products and tools for customer success.

-Promote customer retention and promote the appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

-Maintain scheduled appointment times and follow up commitments with customers.

-Other projects or assignments as needed based on manager discretion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree

-3+ years of experience handling customer escalations and/or retention

-1+ years of experience handling written materials professionally

-Strong written abilities as written responses appear online

-Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

-Must be able to think critically and creatively and make decisions to solve a wide range of complex customer issues

-Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines

-Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment, and ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals

-Multitasker who can handle a variety of projects and tasks

-Detail oriented

-Team player

-Proficient computer and email skills

-You must possess a working headset and have an extremely strong and reliable internet connection with the ability to hardwire directly into your router.
