Job Summary
Achieve is seeking to Customer Relationship Specialists to join a successful team of customer-service dedicated professionals. Customer Relationship Specialists will cultivate long lasting relationships with important, long-term customers. They will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting customer retention and appropriate products / services to meet customers' needs, negotiating with customers and providing successful resolutions to complex problems.

Requirements
-Proven track record of building and maintaining long lasting relationship with customers
-3+ years of experience handling Customers Escalations and/or Retention
-1+ years of experience handling written materials professionally
-Location - Homebased USA
-Ability to work within our Business Hours Mon-Sun 8 am - 9 pm ET
-Must be able to write and speak in English
