Job Summary
A business intelligence company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Reliability Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Spearhead solutions for complex stability and performance problems
- Collaborate with other CRE engineers, DevOps, Product Management, Cloud teams and Software Development
- Develop best practices that focuses on finely tuned application configuration and uninterrupted application usage
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experienced with developing tools and best practices to manage and monitor production workloads
- Strong understanding of common services such as DNS, SMTP, HTTP and associated tools and technologies
- Hands-on working experience around consuming APIs and usage of CLI tools
- Have basic to intermediate experience with relational databases
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Developer
- Strong working knowledge of Ansible and Helm
