Job Summary

A business service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Retention Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Talk to customers to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
