Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Retention and Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
- Utilize sales experience to persuade and upsell customers while addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance their experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years in a sales role focused on customer retention
- 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
- Attendance adherence is critical during the training/onboarding period
