Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retention and Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and provide solutions to retain them
  • Utilize sales experience to persuade and upsell customers while addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services to effectively resolve customer issues and enhance their experience


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years in a sales role focused on customer retention
  • 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
  • Attendance adherence is critical during the training/onboarding period
