Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Revenue and Performance Technical Support Analyst I.
Must be able to:
- Drive resolution of technical escalations, including identification of root causes
- Author and review knowledge base content to improve self-service capabilities
- Establish, maintain, and improve methods to track and report product defects
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in computer software troubleshooting
- Familiar with CRM and defect-tracking systems
