Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Routing Coordinator .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Research and respond to customer inquiries
- Review and update customer records on computerized data base
- Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
- Location: Remote (open to any location within EST) - Must put location at the top of the resume
- Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
- Good written communication skills
- Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases
