Job Summary

A bank has an open position for a Remote Customer Satisfaction Office Compliance Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Maintain a proficient knowledge of rules and regulations
• Establish partnerships with line of business leadership
• Conduct research of laws and regulations that impact the business unit compliance

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED and 7 years in Compliance, Quality Assurance/Control, Audit, or related
• Or Bachelor’s and 3 years in Compliance, Quality Assurance/Control, Audit, or other related compliance function
• Ability to learn additional systems as needed
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
• Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal guidance
