Job Summary

An online auctions website and eCommerce provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Advocate in Baton Rouge.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support buyers with site navigation, account setup, payments, and other general questions
  • Provide engaging and compassionate customer service within a dynamic call center environment
  • Establish and maintain customer trust

Qualifications Include:
