An online auctions website and eCommerce provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Advocate in Baton Rouge.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support buyers with site navigation, account setup, payments, and other general questions
- Provide engaging and compassionate customer service within a dynamic call center environment
- Establish and maintain customer trust
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of call center or customer service related experience
- Proficient in computer setup and technical troubleshooting
- Customer-centric
- Skilled and insightful to the needs of customers
