Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide accurate information regarding payments and benefits to cardholders
  • Process transactions and assist with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
