Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide accurate information regarding cardholder accounts and assist with inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
- Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are necessary
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
