Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist consumers in selecting travel insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel insurance needs
• Educate customers about insurance products, including coverage options and pricing
• Assist customers in comparing different insurance plans to make informed decisions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance or travel
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Remote/Work From Home experience preferred
