Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
  • Process transactions via web-based applications and maintain knowledge of company and client programs
  • Support team operations during peak times to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download)
  • Must have a dedicated work area equipped with necessary furniture and electrical outlets
