Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment

• Create sales orders and ensure accuracy of items and patient demographics

Required Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
• Ability to multi-task between various software platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet
