Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as needed
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
