Remote Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Builder's Direct Desk Agent (Remote in CO, AZ, UT or NM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and serve as the main contact for construction customers
• Coordinate with sales and operations to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Initiate outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• Two years of customer service experience
• Must reside in the Four Corners Market Area (UT, NM, CO or AZ)
• Preferred experience in a high-volume call center environment
