Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must have a PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 and a hard-wired high-speed internet connection
