Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Agent, responsible for managing inbound customer interactions and providing support in a full-time, hourly position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
