Job Summary
Dedicated to providing essential services, the fully remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls, assist with basic technical troubleshooting, and schedule appointments while delivering a positive customer experience in a full-time hourly position.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide a solution-focused customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets as needed
- Document customer interactions accurately and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Prior customer service experience, especially in call-based environments
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
