Job Summary

Dedicated and professional, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls, assist with technical troubleshooting, and schedule appointments, all while providing a positive customer experience in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a solution-focused customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, especially in call-based environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
