Job Summary

Providing support for government-based programs, the full-time Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls, assist with technical troubleshooting, and schedule appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and document customer interactions accurately
  • Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
