Job Summary
To support essential services, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound calls, assist with technical troubleshooting, and schedule appointments, all while working in a structured, fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide a positive, solution-focused customer experience
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (additional education preferred)
- Prior customer service experience, especially in call-based environments
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
