Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the part-time Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while working flexible evening hours from home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in accordance with company policies
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or client service representative background
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace
