Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the part-time Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and ensure satisfaction while working flexible evening hours from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in accordance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Proven customer support experience or client service representative background
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace
