Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Agent will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and support to customers while striving for first call resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls while greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships with clients and team members, ensuring trust and reliability in service delivery
- Meet department productivity and quality standards while effectively resolving customer inquiries and concerns
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service within a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Consistent attendance is essential for this position
