Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Remote Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assess customer needs, and document interactions while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of accounts and communications
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
