Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the part-time Customer Service Agent will manage incoming customer inquiries through text-based digital channels, handle ticket resolutions, and assist with subscription account modifications.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and SMS regarding order statuses and product information
  • Utilize helpdesk software to efficiently track and resolve incoming tickets while managing customer accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex order discrepancies and report recurring customer issues
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital customer service or text-based support role, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • A reliable computer with at least an i5 processor and a stable high-speed internet connection
  • A quiet dedicated workspace for handling customer interactions
  • Comfortable using cloud-based helpdesk software and multi-channel communication tools
