Job Summary

A personalized artwork company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reading messages from customers and deciding what to do with them
  • Responding to messages by modifying a prompt, or escalating it to a senior team member
