A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Resolve your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customers
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding a customer's account
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
- Computer proficiency with applications
- 2 years' of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Performance based metrics understanding
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
