Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Answer inbound phone calls regarding a customers account
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customers
  • Resolve your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 2 years' of customer service experience
  • Performance-based metrics understanding
