Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding a customers account
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customers
- Resolve your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of call center experience
- 2 years' of customer service experience
- Performance-based metrics understanding
- Computer proficiency with applications
- Computer meeting company standards
