Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Support one of our dedicated accounts
  • Handle inbound calls, email, or chat support
  • Follow a guided process and log each call

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong Medical background/Billing experience
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
  • Must be available to Train on weekdays
