A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Agent for the Visually Impaired.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer live video calls from visually impaired clients
- Search the web and find the best, most relevant information
- Assist with scenarios that are varied and unique
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Customer service experience
- High school graduate
- A personal computer
- Availability and desire to work overnight hours
- A quiet, private space to work free from family, friends, pets, etc
- Compliance with technical requirements listed on the job lead
